Last Sunday, Sophia and Russell headed out to the old fishin' hole. It was a beautiful day for it and Sophia was super excited.
I highly recommend bringing a wagon to haul your gear when fishing with a 3 year old (and it also hauled the 3 year old at one point).
Sophia refused to wear clips or a pony tail and her hair was driving me crazy. I took clips and pony tail holders with us, in case she came to her senses. But she never did.

But it didn't quite work out.
Get that hair outta your face, kid!
And you can also haul toys in the wagon, just in case they lose interest in fishin'.
No luck catching any fish today. Oh well, it was still a beautiful day to be outside.

Aw, how we miss that pond! What beautiful and special pictures- fishing with daddy! I just love Sophia's personality... the hair w/o clips, the dance, and her zest!!
