Happy 4th of July everyone!
We had a really low-key one at the Kaminski household. Usually we go over my parents for the day, but since we were just over there on Saturday for the reunion, we decided to give them a break.
It was weird though. Since we weren't with family, it didn't even feel like the 4th of July. So next year mom and dad, we're invading your place. :)
We did have some good eats though, steak, shrimp wrapped in bacon (grilled), and baked potatoes. That was the highlight...the shrimp.
We saw a few fireworks from our driveway (although Sophia was already in bed). She has yet to see any. Maybe next year.....
She "made" the hat at daycare. I use the term "made" loosely. I think Ms. Brenda really made it because I just can't see Sophia handling a stapler yet. Maybe she glued the stripes on?

Happy Fourth! Your days sounds a little more exciting than ours - sadly. We stayed around the house too but couldn't get our grill working - Paul WAS going to make prosciutto wrapped shrimp. Cute pic of Sophia. :)
