My Grandma's 90th Birthday Party

This past Saturday, we celebrated my grandmother's 90th birthday. My mom did a great job of putting together a special party just for her. It was at her retirement complex.

Sophia and Will were helping with name tags.

I think my grandma enjoyed seeing everyone and being the center of attention.

My mom provided a nice spread of snacks and sweets. And us girls (mostly Robin and Amy) helped. I tend to be more shy and hang back. But I did help occasionally. There is a special talent with talking with the elderly that I lack. I can talk to kids though, so that's ok.

Sophia enjoyed the cake.

My mom got my grandma's friend to perform for background music.

She also enjoyed helping Nana with the punch.

Will, future waiter, enjoyed swinging by tables to see if they needed anything and provided Andy's mints.

It was a great party and a great celebration of my grandma. Great job mom!

It was a fun day. Now we have 10 years to plan her next party. :)
