Merry Christmas Eve! Lisby Style!

We went over to my parent's house for Christmas Eve. We loaded up on tons of good food. We played games like Bingo and we did our gift exchange. I had more pics on my phone but have been too lazy to upload them so here's what I have....

 

Multi-tasking...dessert time and Bingo. I think Sophia is eyeing Papi's dessert and making sure he doesn't cheat. Good idea Sophia!

Russell didn't get to come until later (after 7) because he had to work so it was just me and Sophia in the beginning.

 

Earlier that day, Sophia got to open one present early and the cats LOVED it...the paper that is.

Cupcake was hiding under the paper and kept hitting it and playing with Muffin.

So glad we got 2 around the same age. They love to play and are at the same energy levels.

The Kaminski's Arrive in Town

Russell's mom and dad came down from New York for Christmas. The first night we went over to Uncle Brice's house (where they were staying) for dinner. Sophia and Russ got to play with the train.

 

We didn't have enough time or energy to put up our village this year.

She got an early Christmas present from them, the Outlaw car, where the good and bad guys shoot at each other in the car to add to our train (which will eventually be hers).

Then Sophia helped Uncle Brice make dinner.

Then more train time.

 

 

More helping with dinner.....

The next day the Kaminski's came over for dinner. Sophia and Grandma K made Christmas cookies.

Glad they got that cookie making outta the way. I hate making sugar cookies. And they enjoyed doing it.

Ear Piercing Take 2

So after Sophia's soccer season in November ended, she decided she was ready to try again on the pierced ears. She's opted to not play soccer in the Spring, so she has plenty of time for her ears to heal.

 

 

A little nervousness but not scared.....

And definitely no tears.

She's super excited to start changing out earrings once the 6 weeks is up.
