Oink! Oink!

Here's a sneak preview of our little piggy!
I got her to try it on so I could make sure it fit. Just imagine her with a pink onesie, pink tights, black shoes, a headband with ears and a plastic pig nose that I'm almost positive that she won't actually where.
Complete with a piggy tail. It wasn't part of the pattern but I thought "why not wrap some of my jewelry wire in fabric so I can make it twirl?'. Viola!
I had enough fabric leftover to make her a blanket, which she loves!!
In fact, she loved it so much, she wanted to where it! Look she's flying!
So my piggy costume is complete! Let's just hope she'll wear on the big day!

Yay! Cute! Is that the tearable fabric? Good luck with her wearing it... I think she will! Okay, maybe not the nose...

Mikey is gonna love this... he is resently obsessed with the 3 little pigs! I love that she got a blanket too!

PS... that must be our lucky shirt... don't wash it... save it for the tu game :)

So cute! You did a great job. I can't wait to see if she wears it all on the big day! I really need to learn how to read a pattern :)

Very cute, Erin! I, too, wish I could follow a pattern...I have a sewing machine, but it's only been used to make pillows. Sophia's going to be so excited on Halloween! :)
