Sophia's most recent field trip at PK was to the circus. It was at the AAC. And for those of you that know me well, you know how much I hate driving to Dallas. But it was well worth it!
Before the show began, the kids could go down to the circus floor and watch the performers.
Because it was so crazy crowded down there, we opted to watch from the stands.
Our favorite things about the circus were the elephants.....
....and the tigers.
Our least favorite thing was the clowns.
The acrobats were pretty cool too!
We got there at 9:30 a.m. The show started at 10:20 ish. We left at 12:30ish. Sophia was ready. And so were the kids. All they'd had to eat since breakfast was popcorn.
All in all, it was a great field trip! And the good news is, Sophia did not freak out when she saw the clowns. Granted, they were far away but I still count that as progress.
