Friday night, we went to Thomas's birthday, he's Sophia's friend from her PK class. It was at Paradise Pond in Grapevine (Tricia, we need to find out their public play hours...it's INDOORS). It was our first time there and Sophia really enjoyed it.
There she is racing her buddy Brody. She's known him since she was 9 months old (they were together at Ms. Brenda's daycare).

She was a little distraught when she couldn't find the other shoe in the dress up area.

We had a great time! Sophia didn't want leave.
Saturday morning, we woke up bright and early to have our family portrait taken on location at the botanical gardens in Ft. Worth. It went great except when I picked Sophia up and tweaked my back again.
So Sunday involved a lot of ice packs. We did a little shopping at Target and ate lunch at McAlister's. We happened to run into Sophia's friends from PK, Kailer and Kamden while at McAlister's, so we joined them for lunch. We had a great time with them. Maybe too good of a time. We (I mean, the kids, were a little on the loud side).

Looks like a super fun place! I love the word 'distraught'- perfect! and I am sorry to hear about your back... I still know a good chiro up there if ya need him.
This place looks fantastic! AND it has AC? I'm sold! Let's try to fit it in some time this summer. It looks like Sophia had a big time, minus the missing shoe.
